The Digirator DR2 from NTI Audio produces all common audio test signals with sampling frequencies up to 192 kHz and resolution up to 24 bit. The Digirator features a sync-input, allowing the instrument to be synchronized to video and audio signals. A set of surround signals in the formats Dolby D, D+E, Pro-Logic II, DTS, and DTS-HR equips the DR2 for coping with the challenges of the multichannel audio applications. The WAVE-file playback functionality allows transferring customized test signals from a PC to the DR2, which implements synchronization with AES3, DARS, WORD-Clock as well as video black burst signals in the PAL and NTSC format.
